What should I do if I receive an incorrect item, damaged item, faulty item, or the carrier has misplaced my package(s)?

We're sorry to hear that you've had an issue with your order. We do not issue refunds only exchanges for store credit. You have 14 days from confirmation of receipt to begin the return for store credit or exchange process. 

Before we forward your order to the carrier, we always ensure the quality of each product. However, there are many factors that might have resulted in your products to be damaged in the transit. 

So we can get this sorted for you, please email us at with the following info:

1 - Your name, e-mail, and best contact number

2 - Your order number (this can be found on your order confirmation email)

3 - Picture of the item if damaged


Don't worry - we will make it right for you! Please allow us 3-5  business days to process your claim and you will receive a status update. Thanks for allowing our small business to be of service to you!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Custom product items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
